Are you a Property Developer looking to prepare your recent or upcoming build for the real estate market?
At the VM Style Group, we work with several renowned agents, vendors and developers across Melbourne, Bayside and the Peninsula to furnish and style a range of apartments, townhouses and homes for sale. We work back with your goals and deadlines to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
Our experienced team can work from your renders and floor plans prior to completion of your build, in order to pre select the best furnishings, artwork and accessories to fit the style and scale. Towards completion, our Property Stylists will meet on site to assess the new build in person and add the finishing touches to the furniture design concept.
VM can tailor your hire agreement to make allowances for longer or shorter listing timeframes, the relocation of furnishings between properties and provide a discounted rate for extensions, relocations or multiple properties styled.
Where possible, we recommend getting in touch 2-3 months prior to the completion of your build to provide ample time for us to prepare a brief for you, to understand your goals and styling needs for the development and prepare a property styling concept for the new apartment or home. However, we understand this is not always feasible and can work to very short timeframes as needed.
We know that approximately 90% of buyers cannot visualise themselves in an empty home. We take the guesswork out of how any space can be styled and show vendors how their new home can look and feel. With the correct proportion of furnishings for each space, a clever colour palette and furnishings that complement the style of the home, the aesthetic reaches a new level.
Not only do homes sell more quickly when professionally styled, styling has been proven to add between 7.5% – 15% to your sale price.
